That is why I sometimes leave comments myself when I test a new shop or product. If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. Even big and famous brands sometimes send generic replies that are not very helpful. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. In the end it is all about finding what matches your own habits and lifestyle. Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot. I enjoy reading threads where people honestly share what worked and what failed for them. The same is true for metal versus acetate frames for glasses. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. Online shops that show detailed measurements and care instructions usually get my attention. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones.
Hope this helps someone.
